From his early years in the United States Marine Corps to his pivotal role as the former Chief Communications Officer of Quest Nutrition, Bruce’s story is one of dedication, perseverance, and genuine passion for fostering meaningful connections.
Bruce’s Journey into public service
Born and raised in Somerville, New Jersey, Bruce’s journey into public service began after high school when he joined the prestigious United States Marine Corps. Serving with dedication and valor, he excelled on the powerlifting team while experiencing classified assessments that honed his discipline and leadership skills. After four years of active duty and an additional eight years in the Marine Corps Reserve, Bruce transitioned to pursue his lifelong dream of becoming a law enforcement officer.

Joining the LAPD
Joining the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD), Bruce embarked on a fulfilling career in public safety, working across various units and assignments, including patrol, press relations, crime suppression, gang units, foot beats, traffic enforcement, and detective work. When he joined the LAPD, Bruce excelled at the top of his class in both self-defense and evasive defensive driving. His exemplary service and courage were recognized with over 20 meritorious citations and the prestigious police star for bravery. Bruce was also personally selected to serve as an advisor on the CHRISTOPHER commission, showcasing his remarkable leadership abilities and commitment to making a difference.
During his time with the LAPD, Bruce’s entrepreneurial spirit and desire to contribute to the world in a different capacity led him to establish a prominent global executive protection business. His firm provided elite, confidential security protection, and investigative services, including handling high-profile stalking cases, earning him the trust and respect of high-profile individuals worldwide. Simultaneously Bruce served as the executive vice president of the largest privately held Chauffeured services in the United States. Serving an operating an over 700 cities worldwide. One of Bruce’s many responsibilities was liaison to five star hotels across the globe as well as managing the NetJets private aviation company relationships.
